« This location was so beautiful and was perfect for our kids (ages 6 and 9). We enjoyed hearing the stream and the fire, laying in the hammocks, exploring the creek, and watching the horses. The hosts were very attentive. We will definitely stay here again if we get the chance. »

« Such a wonderful, relaxing, and beautiful location. We drove up from Florida for a wedding near Pilot Mountain, and we're so glad we chose "A Mighty Oak" for our stay. Todd kindly offered to take us for a mini tour of the farm to see the cows, chickens and pigs. Our daughter fell in love with "Heart" (the special cow with a unique marking on her face; you'll just have to visit them to see where her name comes from). Our morning walks were fun and refreshing, as we enjoyed the slightly cooler...

« Very cool cabin in remote setting. Booked a 1 night stay. Great place, located on the edge of working farm. Host provided good directions/instructions on how to find it, as it's remote and tucked away. Extremely peaceful and quite. Great couples getaway and easy to get to different attractions in the area. Nice amenities in the cabin and well taken care of. »

« Absolutely beautiful space! Very clean and a lot of attention to detail. Entrance is on back side of building right in downtown—one you are inside the space you would never know it was in downtown. Super quiet and lively space. Host was also very nice and responsive.very close to pilot mountain state park. Highly recommend. »
