„The room was clean. The property overall is very nice, just needs a refresh. Example: need USB ports for cell phones and electronics in the rooms. An elevator would be nice for us older folks. Restaurants were very good and convenient. Lovely property & scenery.“

„Todo bien“

„O.k es war nicht so teuer. Bei dieser Art von Unterbringung ist man froh, wenn die Nacht vorbei ist und man weiter kann. Legt lieber ein paar Dollar drauf. In meinem Charts der Übernachtungen sicher einen der hinteren Plätze“

„The room lacked detailed cleanliness upon arrival and even the following day after the daily cleaning. Upon arrival the bathroom floor hadn’t been detailed. You could see small pieces of debris. The following day after cleaning it was left exactly the same. Upon arrival the bathroom trash bin had the liner bag laying on the side waiting to be inserted. Then the following day the garbage in the same bin was not emptied. Lastly the pillows on the made bed upon arrival had been placed without ...

„Beim Frühstück nicht genug Sitzmöglichkeiten, das erste Zimmer roch, das zweite Zimmer hatte hinter dem Kühlschrank Schimmel. Zusätzlich war der Kühlschrank noch zur Hälfte in Folie eingepackt. Warum?“

„Close to every place we want to go“

„Schade das die schöne Location so ungepflegt ist . Alles sehr in die Jahre gekommen “

„I had a wonderful stay at Sylvan Valley Lodge & Cellars! The location was great for visiting Helen and exploring the beautiful surrounding area. The property offered a relaxing atmosphere, making it a perfect place to unwind after a day of sightseeing and enjoying the local attractions. I really enjoyed my stay and appreciated the peaceful setting. It was a great experience overall, and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Helen, Georgia. I would happily stay ...

„The check in process took way to long and the front desk was quite unfriendly. The room was gross. I first noticed the middle lock on the door did not work. There was a dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. The ceiling was patched up and gross. There was mold all along the bottom of the bathtub and we had bugs(roaches) that were there. Just such a horrible experience. I would not recommend and really would like a refund from this property.“

„Great hotel in a very nice town. All walking distance“

„The staff was very helpful and kind. the food was delicious. The only negative thing was the air conditioning. It did not work very good.“

„When planing a trip there be sure to call the hotel and get any tips you can from the front desk…..they were very helpful for my trip due to timing arrival at Oktoberfest time……also got tips to getting out into traffic during the busy time……very helpful staff!“

„Do not stay here! Absolutely horrible starting with the disgusting, unwelcoming lobby. Then it went downhill from there: Very expensive for what? No chair to sit in just a bed No Kleenex Nightstand on one side of bed has outlet plugs but they don’t work because there is no where to plug in the main plug? No shower soap No cokes in the Coke machine No ice in the outside ice chest Breakfast options cheap Hair in the floor - not mine TV in one of the rooms did not work Just conditioning shampoo? ...

„The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room was dirty, sheets were not clean, blanket was stained and dirty, bathroom was molded.“

„The room was very clean and quaint. Perfect space for our stay. The Holliss's were very hospitable and attended to every need. I highly recommend doing breakfast. Great food and the company is a mix of people from all over. You get to meet and greet everyone and truly get a home feel while enjoying a fantastic breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.“
