« I had a very comfortable stay. The room was a generous size with an excellent bed, and I appreciated the in-room touchesâtea and coffee, a fridge, and a smart TV with iPlayer and Netflix.
Parking spaces at the front were difficult to get, but the overflow car park at the neighbouring hotel is just a short walk away and worked well for me.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was very good. Overall, a smooth and pleasant experience. »

« Had an amazing stay. Hotel,spa and grounds so lovely! Super, lovely garden room with views towards the lake!The staff here really do go above and beyond! Loved the spa with fantastic staff! The meal in the Grill was fantastic! Loved the real fires, especially in the great main Hall Highly recommend a stay here! Wish we could have stayed longer! »

« Room was lovely, clean and thoughtful touches. The public areas bar dining room lovely comfortable seating. Highly recommend as location to the town is ideal easy walk. »

« We stayed for 2 nights on a driving tour around the UK. I could not fault the Hazel Bank Hotel, Gary & Donna - your hosts cannot do enough for you. The restaurant is fabulous, great wine list, the rooms are gorgeous - loved every minute! thank you. »
