« Parking was excellent. However when we got into our superior double room, the dual aspect views were fantastic but some of the issues we found were a bit upsetting as we spent £175 for 1 night. There was mould on 1 of the walls by the wardrobe, there was wood chipped off bedside table by side window and 1 of the lamps by the tv didnt even have a light bulb in it. »

« Our room was upgraded on arrival, and the room was perfect, floor to ceiling windows with a perfect view of the lake. Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choice. The spa was lovely, The only downside was the building work going on outside but they seemed to keep disruption to a minimum »

« Stayed at Low Wood Bay Resort & Spa for 3 nights and honestly⊠the thermal journey is the only reason Iâd come back.
Rooms are pretty mehâdated and not the cleanest. We were in room 166 and there were visible spill stains on the wall (not great), but it did have incredible lake views. It was also super convenient being so close to the elevator to take you to the spa.
Read the fine print: access to the main pool (with infrared sauna + eucalyptus steam) is limited to 2.5 hours. Family time is...
