« The hotel is ideally located, well maintained and has very helpful staff.
The spa is excellent and has a bar accessible directly from it.
Breakfast was good and all produce tasted local.
The hot tub was secluded with a great view. »

« Rooms were nice and clean but we had an annoying noise coming from an air vent inside a wardrobe that drove us wild, made them aware and they attempted a bodge to cover it up but it still persisted and spoiled our sleep. The only other complaint is when we were dining a family with young children had been eating beside us and the kids had food on the floor, due to the hot weather there were a lot of flies about and they were congrigating around the food on the floor. « Great location
Very good staff. The Winander section has its own very helpful staff and breakfast with great views.
The room we had was a very spacious and well designed. My only comment was a shaving mirror would have been useful given the distance to the actual mirror.
The spa access for hotel Guests was somewhat more limited than expected and the outdoor areas were completely separate and require extra payment. What is left in the swimming pool area is a little bit more limited than similar...

« Personnel agréable.
Établissement adapté aux personnes déficientes visuelle (écriture en braille, chien accepté).
Repas du soir pris sur place, très bien.
Petit déjeuner sour forme de buffet très complet, viennoiseries excellentes.
Chambre : rien à dire, salle de bain : il y avait quelques cheveux aux sols.
Piscine très agréable après une grosse journée de marche. »

« We stayed only 1 overnight on the way down from scotland. We could see lot of people staying for visiting the lakes. The hotel is in a very nice location. They are also pet friendly and they provided us a towel and a bowl for the dog. We highly recommend both breakfast and set menù dinner which was very nice. Room was clean and bathroom looked recently renewed. »
