„Wärmflaschenservice und Kaminservice sind sehr hervorzuheben Schöner Lobbybereich Sehr gutes Essen“

„Sterling Darjeeling is a great place to stay for a trip to the area. The location is much better than anything close to the mall. You can avoid all the traffic and noise of central Darjeeling. Views of the valley and surround mountains are great. The staff is very helpful. If you’re traveling from the airport, you will get to the property much faster (hours) than any place close to the mall because of all the traffic even though it’s only a few kilometers away. I would highly recommend Sterling ...

„The property gave a fantastic upgrade and over “

„スタッフの対応、食事、お部屋、スパ、全てにおいて、クオリティの高いHOTELでした。友達にもお勧めしたいと思いました。“

„It is a heritage hotel in keeping with bygone times. Super close to the mall. Lovely dining room for dinner with fireplace and candlelit. Food was terrific with alot of choices. Buffet bfast but you can request eggs how u like. Some renovation works currently but all staff and workmen encountered always super polite and helpful beyond . If I were to go back to darjeeling I would definitely stay here. ...the drive from bagdogra to darjeeling is an experience in itself.“

„The staff were great. The location was perfect and close to main Darjeeling mall. The floors in the room and multiple junctions in the lobby area are uneven which may cause discomfort and extra attention especially for elderly people.“

„Ready to walk little bit. Hotel send bell boy to help you , if you are with luggage. View is great 👍“

„Insgesamt kalt und zugig. Im ersten Zimmer trappelnde Geräusche nachts. Recht staubig. Es gab einen Mini-Heizlüfter und Wärmflasche von der Rezeption. Die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück eher auf indische Gäste ausgelegt. “

„Thank you staff of Ging tea house for making my dad’s birthday a very memorable and a special one . He came back home happy and relaxed. The food , the rooms , the staff were very helpful.“

„It is an excellent place to stay if you are not looking for a classical style "Hotel". It has a very warm and ready-to-please Staff - only 8 of them to manage all ten rooms. It is a heritage Property with all the quaintness and old-world charm in terms of the building and furnishings etc. It has a feeling of a large Homestay with very personalised Service. Recently renovated and therefore still needs some "De-bugging" I would recommend it if you are looking for a warm and stay“

„Sehr gute Anlage, vielfältiges Buffet und Frühstück. Sehr aufmerksames, hochprofessionelles Personal. Bei gutem Wetter hervorragendende Sicht. Nur 500m zum Zentrum (das ist nicht der Bahnhof). “

„The staff are amazing. Incredibly helpful and kind. Nothing is too much trouble and they have made our onward travel much easier with their suggestions and organisation. We took the top floor room and the views were fabulous. They do warn that the stairs take some fitness which is true, but I never had to carry my own bag.“

„Good service levels“

„Great breakfast, friendly staff“

„Calm peace fresh air location easy three wheeler or taxi ride from Bagdogra airport or Railway station. The property has everything you need within it's garden. Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Bed comfortable air conditioning great shower luxurious WiFi fast. A great personal touch was the care of Arun. He helped us with small details and spoke good English to foreigners. All the staff made us welcome after long flights and after extra days we leave happy 😊 Travelling is hard.  ...
