„Schöne Anlage und kleine Cottages mit Privatsphäre. Viele Vögel und Natur bereichern den Aufenthalt. Service vor Ort war sehr gut (manchmal fast etwas zu viel Interaktion mit dem General Manager). Abendlich gratis Bootsfahrten von ca. 30 Minuten in die Backwaters. Nach der Abreise wurde uns auf der Kreditkarte ein Abendessen abgebucht, welches nicht uns gehört. „Sehr schönes, originelles Resort am See in Kerala. wir waren in einem der uralten Bungalow mit Blick auf die Flussmündung in den See und trotzdem sehr ruhig gelegen. Die ganze Anlage und Hoteleigenen Angebote sind auf Erholung zugeschnitten. Superfreundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der SPA-Bereich kann wärmstens empfohlen werden. „Die Bungalows sind sehr komfortabel eingerichtet. Das Badezimmer ist großzügig angelegt. Nebst der normalen Dusche hat es noch eine weitere unter freiem Himmel. Highlight der Anlage ist der 100 Meter lange Pool, in dem man durch die Anlage "spazieren" kann. Sehr freundlicher Staff, alle Wünsche werden sofort erfüllt.“

„We stayed at Niraamaya Retreats Backwaters & Beyond for 2 nights in a Superior Villa with a Lakeview. The location is beautiful, surrounded by nature, and the staff gave us a warm welcome. „Großartig! Jeden Abend gibt es eine Gratissonnenuntergangsbootsfahrt. Das Freiluftbadezimmer hat mir besonders gefallen. Nicht zu vergessen, der Infinitypool. Manchmal gab es kleinere Kommunikationsprobleme weil das Personal meist nur gebrochen Englisch spricht und ich kein Hindi kann.“

„I am sorry to say, but the hotel was not worth the money. We paid 150 Euro for a night and for that money I expect way more than was offered there. We received a room without windows there was food tears on the floor, the wall were torn down partially and you could see the plumbing and it was super loud. It was not my first time in India and I booked rooms for much less money that were way better. Will not recommend .“

„We booked a pool villa which was spacious and allowed for an extra bed and selerate room for our teenage son. The villa was clean with good amenities, the pool was nice for cooling off when the main pool was busier but was a little small. The main pool area was lovely and warm with view of the lake and much needed lake breeze. There isn't much in walking distance but the main attraction is the lake and views. „A nice hotel with a big pool even though the pool area isn’t welcoming at all (nowhere to sit, no towels etc). I’ve seen some comments on stuff in previous reviews, I’d say that they were friendly in Indian standard. Good area close to the bus station. WiFi not working. “

„Was on a single day work trip. Needed super early check in. They did everything they could and made it happen. It was probably an exception, but I appreciated it, all the same.“
