« A hotel located in a beautiful old and picturesque house which offers many on-site conveniences (gym, hairdresser, pub, restaurant, parking) all served by a very welcoming staff. The restaurant and pub probably serve one of the best cuisines in the area (the service can be a bit long). The place is clean, the bedding is comfortable, the Wifi is now at a satisfactory level and accessible everywhere (I use it professionally: mail - videoconference - web conference). « One night stay was good for what we needed just very dusty , cobwebs everywhere , dust in the air vent in the bathroom , cracks and screws hanging out. Would stay again as the room is adequate just needs abit of a clean. »

« This hotel is conveniently located in the centre of Chesterfield near shops, the Market, restaurants and pubs. All members of staff are friendly, helpful and very pleasant. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. We very much enjoyed the varied breakfast buffet with excellent coffee ‘on tap’ and dined in the simple but delicious in house restaurant nearly every night. They have a decent Happy Hour in their small bar too. We shall be returning to this hotel on our next visit to Chesterfield »
