« The room was very modern with an amazing view of the lake. The Wellness Spa was incredible!!! It was the perfect end to our hiking days. The breakfast was delicious with a wide range of choices. The coffee machine made my coffee perfect every morning to begin my day. The hotel was within walking distance to all the hikes we didn’t have to drive anywhere. »

« This hotel is amazing i would really recommend it for families who love hiking in the mountains and having a perfectly relaxing spa hotel to retreat to before or after hiking. The kids room was also amazing and older kids have their own space to watch movies and play ping pong. Spa area is the main attraction of the hotel. « We had a pleasant stay, used spa, played bowling, enjoyed nice breakfast. Views are stunning! Rooms may need some updating but as long as you are after a good location and facilities rather than a modern room, this is the right place :) a lot to do for families as well as couples and reasonable restaurant prices. »

« Un magnifico hotel en plena montana. Habitacion muy agradable, excelente desayuno. Personal un poco distante. Cuidado con el acceso al hotel si tienes coche ya que es imposible aparcar y se debe dejar el vehiculo en el valle y coger un transporte del hotel pero el procedimiento es folklorico Cena buffet correcto. « We loved the quiet and the view we had from the balcony, as well as the walking trails near the hotel. We took half-board, and for us, that was a mistake because the dinner at the hotel was not tasty for us. Additionally, please note that breakfast also ends relatively early, at 9:00 AM. »

« Almost everything in the room is with wood furniture. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable with beautiful Mountain View. It’s also close to the train station with 10 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful and speak good English. The bathroom is too dark. »

« Great hotel near Poprad city center, railway station by foot. Recently renovated, clean and comfortable. Renovated bathrooms seems to be smaller and less practical than the old ones with bath tube. Tasty breakfast with everything that is needed to well fill in a stomach. Available parking with reasonable price. Good for short as well as long stay. Extra discount for Poprad Aquacity with stay. »

« Salle de restauration bruyante (bruit des chaises sans patins insupportable) et pas très propre. Néanmoins la nourriture est correcte. Chambre vieillotte mais spacieuse, la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas, nécessité d’ouvrir la fenêtre pour ne pas avoir trop chaud et ventiler (odeurs). De plus la gare étant proche, cela induit donc des nuisances sonores notamment tôt le matin. Belle vue sur les montagnes, notamment pour les hauts étages. « Great location. The rooms are nothing fancy but clean and comfortable with a small balcony to enjoy mountain air. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices. The cable car is a short walk away. Lots of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Easy, free parking. »
