„An sich sehr schönes Hotel. Ideal für Wanderer und Radfahrer mit eigenen Fahrradkeller. Der ist allerdings nur über eine etwas enge Treppe zu erreichen. Service top, Sauberkeit i.O. Sehr schöne Lage. Das Hotel wird von Hundebesitzer geschätzt.“

„Its not the most stylish or modern of places to stay but it has a lovely feel to it. Staff are honest, i left my ear buds and they handed them in. The building is quirky but i was so relaxed with my kids cos there was nothing to break/damage. I could smoke on the balcony and no one cared. I will stay here again 100%“

„DasRaven Hall Country House Hotel, liegt direkt an der Küste an hohem Kliff und bietet einen wirklich sehr schönen Blick über die Nordsee. Das Interieur des Hausest ist etwas altmodisch, was aber einen gewissen Charm hat.. Leider ist aber auch die Haustechnik ziemlich altmodisch und eigentlich nicht dem heutigen Standard entsprechend. So sollte man sich z.B. nicht daran stören, dass die Wasserleitungen bei Entnahme rattern wie ein vorbeifahrender Zug, Das Hotel-Restaurant ist ganz in Ordnung, ...

„Jonathan welcomed us very warmly and made our stay very pleasant. We enjoyed our 1 night stay whilst attending a gig at the OAT. Beds were comfy and nighttime was quiet for us. Plenty links into South Bay (walk) and North Bay (bus). Great priced accomodation, would return if need a stayover in Scarborough in the future. Thankyou!“

„We booked Thoresby Guest House as it was within 20 mins walking distance of Scarborough Open Air Theatre. We were given a warm welcome by Deania, manager of the Thoresby and shown our room. It was perfect for our needs. We had a view of the North Bay and a really comfy bed. Deania showed us a couple of other rooms in the morning as we checked out. There are room options for all party sizes. Thanks for a lovely stay. We would definitely book again. “

„it's a great location, with a marvelous view. right on the sea front, only a few minutes walk from the city centre. check in procedure was fast but very friendly. should have booked parking, but that was my fault. what i like are decent showers, with plenty of water pressure, which often is a real issue in hotels around the uk, no disappointment either. i had a great easter break, thank YOU !“
