„Just come back from a weekend at this cottage. Two adults, two children and a dog. Plenty of space and fairly private patio area. It's really lovely. A real home from home. Highly recommend it. The Bay is a quiet and well maintained holiday village, with the bonus of having a pool, sporting activities , a pub and shop on site. The beach is a fair walk away and fairly steep but it's clean and dog friendly. “

„We had an amazing 2 night stay and would highly recommend this property. We had property #3 which was on the 3rd floor access is only by stairs. This had two double bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room/ Kitchen area. We loved that they had the basic necessities for our stay this included kitchen supplies washing up liquid, surface cleaner, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee including pods for the coffee machine, satchets of milk in the fridge. „Property very clean and comfortable. As described. Plenty of space. 2 bathrooms makes it much easier with a bigger group. Communication very good. Excellent site overall - particularly good access to the beach and short walk into Filey. The only downside was the small amusement arcade which was very badly managed. Many machines nit working but still taking money. No staff on hand to resolve problems.“

"Sehr gute Beschreibung der Anfahrt. Platz für 2 Personen wirklich ausreichend. 2 WCs vorhanden.Beschreibung: Spektakuläre Sicht auf das Meer nicht zutreffend, da ein Zaun für Tiere vorhanden und somit nur eine entfernte Sicht möglich war. Auf dem Grundstück befindet sich eine hässliche und rostige "Scheune".Großes Minus: Die Wohnung war sehr schmutzig: WC und Dusche im Erdgeschoss, Geschirr und Küche innen und außen, unter dem Bett würde sicher seit Wochen nicht gereinigt. Garten sehr ungepflegt."

"Wir haben das Hotel als Unterkunft während unserer Wanderung auf dem Cleveland Way genutzt. Positiv aufgefallen ist uns die sehr gepflegte Außenanlage. Im Hotel selbst wird aktuell umgebaut. Uns hat das für unseren Aufenthalt von einer Nacht nicht gestört. Das Zimmer war tadellos, das Restaurant vom Raum sehr schön und das Frühstück überaus reichhaltig. "
