« We booked late and knew the reviews werenât great, but the stay was far worse than expected.
Check in involved long queues, and when we finally got to our rooms, the rooms were doubles but should have been twins. Housekeeping couldnât be reached and left a message as instructed, and when we returned later that evening, nothing had been changed. One room also had a strong drain smell.
Reception told us housekeeping had finished at 3pm and that the hotel was fully booked, so no room move was...

« In spite of some very lovely staff, this hotel is in an appalling state and desperately need of a facelift. Water damage on the walls, peeling paint, leaking toilets, a broken shower and windows that havenât been cleaned in years. The owners need to spend a lot of money on this establishment that must have been spectacular in the past, as neither it or the staff deserve it being left in this state. »
