« Great location 500 meters from the train station, 500 meters from a mall. There is a massage spa 100 meters away. The hotel has a lot of local group tours but it didn’t bother us. The breakfast is very vegetarian friendly. For the price, location, efficient and quality of service with friendly smiles, I highly recommend this hotel »

« Overall the hotel was very nice but we did have an issue with customer service. We had booked a room that included breakfast for two. But when we arrived we were told our room did not include breakfast. We had three conversations with the front desk staff about honoring the breakfast that was included with the booking, but they refused each time. We chatted with hotels.com. L'hĂŽtel est vĂ©tuste, les chambres d'un autre temps avec des meubles Ă  moitiĂ© cassĂ©s, la piscine Ă©tait hors service et cela ne gĂȘnait pas les quelques clients errants dans la salle de restaurant. « Old, worn out, & you get what you pay for. Rain is loud on roof, motorcycles heard all night. Needs fresh paint & clean grout. However, the room service Indonesian 06:00 breakfast was tasty. The hotel staff got us soap upon request. The aircon worked and we had hot showers. There were 2 sitting parlors adorned with sculptures & plants by the front desk. The hotel is within a few blocks of the downtown night market. »
