„Semua ok kecuali bilik hotel, lantai kotor. Pintu toilet patut diperbaiki. Lantai juga perlu di tukar agar lebih hygiene.“

„Rats! Rats! Rats! In almost every room. Couldnt sleep because of it. No small rats either. “

„Quite good!“

„Bin geschäftlich immer wieder in diesem Hotel, 3-4 mal pro Jahr. Es passt soweit alles, eventuell könnte das Frühstücksbüffet etwas internationaler sein. Es ist zu bedenken, Malaysia ist ein überwiegend muslimisches Land.“

„Semua best dan strategic place“

„Not the whole building is a hotel so don’t get blended by the picture. The lobby is a non air conditioned simple and dark area with a temporary looking check-in desk. The hotel has no breakfast room, there is no breakfast at all. Air conditioning in the room works only limited. So if you are looking for a nice 4 star hotel, this is not the place to go. If you are ok with a simple low cost 3 star hotel then you are fine. The rooms are spacious and the staff is friendly, this on a positive note.“

„Excellent staff. Poor hotel. No refrigerator in room. Only one small recessed ceiling light in bathroom. I was unable to shave with razor, so I bought a light for the bathroom. Only two clothes hangers. I asked for more and was given two more even though I needed 8 . I bought more hangers. No stall or curtain for shower so water goes all over the floor and is very slippery. „The Apartment Room is pretty clean. However, there is a lack of organisation with the housekeeping team as I had informed them twice to change the linen on my bed and to change the towels. But I feel there are a lot of things that can be improved.“

„The hotel is located in a very strategic area, with a wide variety of food stalls and recreational facilities nearby, including badminton courts and pickleball courts. This is one of the main advantages of staying at this hotel, as there are plenty of options for food and activities within the surrounding area. However, there are a few areas that require improvement. First, the parking arrangements could be improved. Unlike some other hotels, the parking is not complimentary or reserved for ...

„New place. Clean room. Only downside is that the mall not fully open. “

„Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ok, aber für jede Kleinigkeit musste extra bezahlt werden (z.B. zusätzliches Kopfkissen). Den in der Buchungsbestätigung aufgeführten Shuttle-Service gibt es nicht! Die Fahrt vom Airport zum Hotel mussten wir selbst organisieren!“

„Not suitable for families, specially with children. Used for not so good reasons,“
