Facilities were top-notch, staff helpful but very mindful of your personal space and the location was ideal for us - away from the real hustle of Canggu but easy car rides away. « 最高でした！子連れ（2歳）で2週間滞在しました。またチャングーに来る際は滞在したいです。自信を持っておすすめします。 強いていえば気になった点としては、シャワーのお湯がすぐぬるくなります。複数人で使用する際は湯量の調整が必要かもしれません。 小さいアリがたくさんいました。これはホテルのせいではないので、食べ物はすぐ片付ける等ご自身で対策が必要です。 連泊の際は清掃は2日に1回。タオルは言えば毎日交換してくれます。ドライヤーは言えば貸してくれます。ビーチタオルも借りれました。WhatsAppでコミュニケーションが取れるのでアプリをダウンロードしておくと便利だと思います。 色んなホテルを滞在しましたが、値段以上の価値があり、とても可愛くて清潔でした。潔癖症の私が満足できるホテルは久々です。ぜひこの状態をキープしてください。また戻ってきます。ありがとうございました！ »

« ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!!!! Highly recommend this property, central, close to lovely cafes, shopping, bars, restaurants, yet peaceful and private enough to relax in the pool or with a book. The staff were FANTASTIC, they helped arrange transport to the door and for day trips, cleaned daily and answered questions. Value for money! Water filter in the room meant fresh water, a private cellphone for contacting management, bluetooth speaker for use and lovely kitchen with all the amenities. For...

« 2 br and 2 bathroom pool villa experience was great here. The daily housekeeping was great and the amenities had everything I needed: Nespresso, Microwave, cooktop, utensils, cold Air Cons, bath amenities etc. Nice to entertain guests here too. The best thing that it was SO CLOSE to all the beach clubs and great cafes and restaurants. »

« Excellent room but the room smelled the mold. Also, bad noise isolation. We heard people and staff in the corridor from far away, and children screaming at the swimming pool at 7am (bad after a flight arrival at 4am…) We decided to not stay and move to a villa to be in a quiet atmosphere. »
