When had to change rooms because in the first room the television didn’t work and again no phone. No one ever checked to see if we needed more towels. We were there for 4 days and never saw a sold. Also the check-in at the partner hotel was understaffed and overwhelmed with the situation. It took 45 min wait to check in at the Hilton. Worst experience after a transatlantic flight…“
