„This is a lovely hotel and the staff go above and beyond to make it so. Elisabeth, Oscar, and Raul were particularly outstanding in their attentiveness and kindness, but everyone we encountered was great. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and it was spacious and comfortable and luxurious. The balcony is more of an enclosed room with a small open window and a little foot pool, but it was fine because we were enjoying the rest of the resort all day. „Beautiful room. Beautiful property. Fantastic staff that treated us excellent. Great restaurants until the cartel extended our stay three more nights. And Unico tried to charge me 250% of what I could pay to book it on Expedia. I showed them the rate and they insisted on $1,800 a night. I booked it on Expedia and they accepted the reservation but it was such a slap in the face to shelter in place when every other reservation extended for free. I get they have cost but this was absurd to the ...

„Great Hotel in Punta Mita with excellent service. Great Pools and jacuzzis. Excellent beach, very kind and helpful staff. Food and Drink prices are exaggerated though - it costs about twice as in other good hotels in Pta Vallarta area. Overall, excellent hotel that my wife and i enjoyed a lot.“

„This resort was spectacular. We were so happy in our decision to vacation here with our young kids and senior grandparents. The ramps and elevators make the walking very easy. The food was delicious and way better than some of the reviews. The kids pool is an absolute highlight. Silk and Amalfi were also superb. Finally, their concierge Octavio is absolutely phenomenal.
