„What an unique location. The only way to get across to the hotel is by hand pulled raft or a small rowing boat if you don't have any large luggage. The hotel is so tranquil and in beautiful grounds. Modern bathroom. One of the few places we stayed where the room had a safe. Also they allow you to use the pool & spa after check out if you have a late flight. Excellent dinner options served. Some people might think the rooms on the small size considering the price paid.“

„Regretfully this hotel is hotel is situated right next door to a 'Disco' playing techno music from 1100-0400 and even though my room was furthest away the sound was deafening.....shame as the rooms are OK and clean but not of a 4 star standard. Breakfast selection was poor“

„ポカラでの滞在を終えて、このホテルに戻ってきました。カトマンズの空港からホテルへは、われわれ5名が一度に乗れるバンで送ってくださいました。日本語のわかるスタッフさんがいらして、温かく迎えてくださりました。預けていた荷物を受け取り、指定された部屋はクイーンサイズベッドとシングルサイズベッドで、3名が泊まれるものでした。1名で泊まって、とてもぜいたくな感じでした。通常ならホテルから空港へ直行での送迎ですが、観光地を1ヶ所回るアレンジも有料になりますが、快く引き受けてくださいました。“

„Wir haben innerhalb von 4 Wochen 3x eingecheckt. Beim ersten mal ein kleines, dunkles Zimmer obwohl höhere Standard bezahlt. Bei Verlängerung um eine Nacht vor Ort einen doppelt so hohen Tarif bezahlt verglichen mit der Internetbuchung. Postkarten zum frankieren und absenden an der Rezeption abgegeben (gemäss Serviceleistung des Hotels), jedesmal andere und überteuerte Kosten-Postkarten zudem nach über 6 Wochen immer noch nicht eingetroffen! Flughafentransfer wollte zuerst nicht erstattet ...
