« Un hĂŽtel d’affaires parfait pour pouvoir accĂšs direct au hall d’exposition juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ©. Cependant Ă©tant un hĂŽtel d’affaire cela suppose un service rapide et efficace. Il m’a fallu attendre bien des minutes pour pouvoir une personne au bar malgrĂ© ma relance. J’ai dĂ©posĂ© un manteau pour le nettoyage il n’a jamais ete envoyĂ© au pressing et est restĂ© derriĂšre le comptoir de la rĂ©ception dans son sac et en Ă©tat. Lorsque je suis allĂ© le rĂ©clamer ils Ă©taient surpris de le trouver derriĂšre eux par...

« Great location with wonderful Victorian era architecture and vibes. The staff were absolutely fabulous, especially the bartender. The food is delicious (the pizza at the bar was the best I had in the UK!), with great selection at the breakfast buffet. Comfortable bed, small bathroom, but that’s to be expected in an older hotel. Love the history! Byron stayed there once upon a time. Strong recommend if you’re in Harrogate. »

« Too expensive for what you get. It looks like they have started the refurbishment and have stopped in the middle. The bathroom was old and dingy and could do with some cleaning. The breakfast was poor. The lady at reception didn't explain anything (for instance, how do you get to the spa). There were literally no signs in the whole hotel (no signs to reception, for room numbers, to the lift...). Get by by yourself! The seaviews from the room were excellent. »

"In spite of some very lovely staff, this hotel is in an appalling state and desperately need of a facelift. Water damage on the walls, peeling paint, leaking toilets, a broken shower and windows that haven’t been cleaned in years. The owners need to spend a lot of money on this establishment that must have been spectacular in the past, as neither it or the staff deserve it being left in this state."
