« A fantastic hotel, very helpful, friendly staff, who appeared very happy in their roles. We received effective communication via email previous to our stay, swift responses to enquiries, which was very reassuring and informative.
The hotel is in great location. It is within easy walking distance of Harrogate town centre, also on a local bus route.
On site parking at competitive rates.
The rooms were very clean, extremely comfortable. Well positioned lamps, electric sockets and mirrors.

« The building, staff and amenities where outstanding, we did go for a basic room but it met our need and was comfortable and tidy. The staff were friendly and helpful I canât fault them. The building is outstanding the share vastness of it must take some upkeep and the place looked amazing with open lounge areas beautifully decorated. »

« Too expensive for what you get.
It looks like they have started the refurbishment and have stopped in the middle. The bathroom was old and dingy and could do with some cleaning. The breakfast was poor.
The lady at reception didn't explain anything (for instance, how do you get to the spa). There were literally no signs in the whole hotel (no signs to reception, for room numbers, to the lift...). Get by by yourself!
The seaviews from the room were excellent. »

« We had a beautifully clean and very spacious room in the hotel's annex which was very peaceful and quiet. The whole stay was a perfect way to enjoy christmas! Every single member of staff was happy & smiling, the food absolutely superb, plenty of drinks choices...WONDERFUL! »

« Easy walking distance to town centre and bus station. On street carparking was ok using the permit provided. Nearby bakery and deli provided a great alternative to the Sainsbury local store. »
