„ Das Hotel ist neu und sauber. Die Aufzüge sind schnell. Frühes Check-in und ohne Aufpreis erhalten. Das Zimmer hat Tageslicht. Personal war sehr zuvorkommend. - Schalldämmung ist nicht so gut, da man die Geräusche im Flur hören kann. 15 min Fahrt vom Zentrum entfernt, wo sich die lokalen Restaurants befinden. “

„Es handelt sich um ein sehr großes Hotel, das gerade mal fünf Jahre alt ist. Es ist sehr luxuriös, das Personal ist wahnsinnig freundlich. Allerdings sollten Sie dort die Instandhaltung nicht vernachlässigen. Im Fitnessstudio war nur ein Laufband von 3 funktionsfähig und ein Trainingsgerät war defekt. . Der Kühlschrank in unserem Zimmer war ebenfalls defekt. Im Pool müssten die Ränder gereinigt werden, die verfärben sich bereits. Alles in allem ist es aber ein tolles Hotel mit einem ...

„This hotel is not suitable for families with young children. There is loud music until midnight every day. The backside of the building is partly damaged. The carpark has no proper lightnings and is messed up with a lot of old stuff (motor cycling parking). Inside our apartment there have been a lot of ants. Generally this hotel has seen his best years already and need to be maintained significantly.“

„The breakfast buffet was delicious with variety of food to choose. My kids said it was the best buffet they ever had. They loved the Pho Bo and tasty western breakfast bread. The hotel had great view from the infinity pool. Would love to stay longer but will definitely stay here again. “

„The Scarlet Pearl is a class of its own. A yacht style cruise ship with a lovely & highly professional crew. Luxury cabin, well thought out cruise schedule, great hospitality and awesome food. Also to mention: Scarlet Pearl comes with 2 catamarans for exploring Halong (other ships do no have that!!) and a tender boat for the way from Cruise Terminal to the Scarlet Pearl. Kayaks are also available. Enjoy the trip. You will not regret your choice.“

„We stayed for four nights in the Citidenes, it had a comfortable working space, is close to the boat tours, a great gym and yoga studio as well as two pools. They also have free bicycles for you to explore the town. We stayed in an apartment style room so cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. Would highly recommend. “

„Sehr schöne Zimmer, nettes Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Leider aber sehr laut. Man wird jeden Tag bis 00:00 mit Musik vom Beach Club beschallt, der Bass lässt alles wackeln, die Fenster isolieren leider nicht gut. “
