« We stayed 3 nights in mid April. First, do not let the rainy season deter you. The rains did come in the late afternoons and the trekking was a little muddy, but I think it is likely the best time to gorilla trek and/or look for the golden monkeys. Everything is lush and green, no crowds and a discounted price. In terms of the lodge, we cannot give enough praise. The lodge itself and the rooms are beautiful and absolutely wonderful. « Radisson Blu was perfect for our stay in Rwanda!! The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and welcoming. Our entire stay we marvelled at how often we were offered help and service. The dining options were fantastic, the breakfast buffet had everything you could want as some new things to try. Linda in guest relations goes out of her way to help make your stay extra special. « Good rooms if a bit dated. Try to get one that opens to the front with small balcony. Madame Lise was very helpful and friendly. Good bar and good location. Just down the street from "Urban by City Blue" hotel which has neeer rooms and better rooftop views. WiFi worked well but need to login to various locations depending where you are on the property. »
