« Probably this hôtel has seen better days but it is actually well maintained, besides some scratches in the carpets and broken screws. The façade is currently being renovated.
It is very well located in Swansea and easy to find
It was quite empty so rather calm when we were here.
The plus is definetly the extra super friendly and helpful staff. At the front desk and for the breakfast we had a wonderful experience, the people where super friendly and helpful.

« Check in and out was very easy. The rooms are large. The beds are huge. The only issue is there is no parking and the car park operated nearby is expensive for 24 hours and we stayed for two nights. I think it cost 18 for 24 hours but it was very close.
The location though is perfect. Bars and shops are all very close. The location made all the difference. So much so we are rebooking for June 2027. »
