„Check was a complete disaster, the staff of 3 took forever and one employee wanted to use his personal phone to photograph my passport and id. This is completely unacceptable and dangerous for foreign travelers having their information stored on a device that isn’t secured by the property. When my frustration was noticed by one of the 3 staff , a kind female. She took over and said it should be captured on the hotel scanner.
