„Lake breezes and unbeatable views! Comfortable, beachy, well equipped cabin right on the lake--great family (and Pet) get away! Not far from Plattsburgh, Ausable Chasm, and a Ferry ride to Burlington. The only thing that may be an issue for some is the stairs to and from the cabin! Not for the faint of heart! Had a great week--Thank you!!“

„We had a great time on Bass Lake! Great location close to high peaks. Very secluded and nestled in the woods. Great using the kayaks and seeing some fall foliage! “

„My family and I have stayed here many times and love it! It is very open and inviting. The hot tub is wonderful, especially after hiking a high peak, and also great to be able to have a warm, cozy fire in the backyard. We of course will be there again!“

„Scot was a fantastic host, the property was extremely peaceful, comfortable, and exactly what we wanted it to be for our stay. Our favorite part of our day was eating breakfast on the deck and walking down to the river to read by the peaceful river. Would strongly recommend a stay here.“

"Das Cambria Hotel war das schönste auf unserer 4-wöchigen Reise durch die Neu-Englandstaaten. Das lag vor allem an den herzlichen Mitarbeitern (vom Hotel-Manager David angefangen) über die Leute an der Rezeption und im Restaurant. Zudem hat das Hotel einige Annehmlichkeiten, die deutlich über dem Durchschnitt liegen. (Laundry, Innenpool, Restaurant-Terrasse mit schönen Möbeln, Kajaks und Tretboote zum Ausleihen und einer schönen Aussenanlage am See mit Feuerstellen) Wir haben uns in dem schönen, recht großzügigen Zimmer mit Pantry, mit Ausblick auf die Berge und dem tollem Badezimmer sehr wohl gefühlt. Von uns gibt es eine Empfehlung für Lake Placid für dieses Hotel."
