„I spent 2 serene weeks here and hope to return some day! With modern creature comforts in the kitchen, the rest of this home is very rustic. If you are looking for peace and quiet, and are into drawing, cooking or reading books to the sounds of trees rustling and water flowing across the street, you will be in heaven here. „Great for an overnight stay to explore Ossining, Sleepy Hollow or Tarrytown. I stayed in Putnam in room 214 and I must say, for $187, the room was quite large. Ample outlets, lighting, a nice-sized bathroom, wall mirror and a view of the gardens. What I didn't like was that we were instructed to park in Lot 4, which has only about 15 spots, so when we returned later that evening, we had to park in Lot 1, which was not so much long of a walk as it was out of the way from where our room was.
