« Les plus : Les espaces communs étaient super et le personnel de l’hotel était vraiment gentil. L’endroit est tout simplement magnifique.
Les moins : l’éclairage froid dans le restaurant (led), le manque d’éclairage dans la chambre et surtout le système de climatisation/chauffage dans la chambre qui laisse vraiment à désirer (très bruyant et nécessite qu’on l’ouvre et le ferme constamment car ne s’éteint pas tout seul - donc très problématique la nuit)

« Help!! We didn’t stay at this property due to the property stating it was lakefront and marina. The property was in complete disrepair condition. Junk cars, high weeds, room smelled of smoke.

« Our room was very comfortable. Had everything that we needed. Julie was very friendly and greeted us as we arrived. It was very clean, quiet and close to the village of Schroon Lake. It was a busy weekend for the area. We got take out at DeCeseare's Pizza. Took it back to the room and relaxed.There were plenty of toiletries and soft towels in the bathroom. Definitely would stay there again. »

« I booked through Expedia (VRBO) and the room we were assigned was incorrect due to a mistake by the booking sight ( we were assigned a 1 bedroom instead of a two bedroom). The owner had us in a new unit at no extra charge ($100/night difference) within 5 minutes. Awesome customer service!!! »
