« Thank you for opening your home to us. All was great, the water pressure, the water temperature, the coffee maker and the beds were very comfortable. Loved the cleanliness and how well decorated it is. Very modern furniture and fixtures. The cooling system needs to be checked for the upstairs. While setting the thermostat downstairs 68, the upstairs room was warm, even with the fan on. »

« Room was spotless bedding was nice and clean fresh towels waiting for me as well as fresh packaged toiletries I would also like to say how impressed I was with the customer service from the front desk as I bought a new phone yesterday and as it was Christmas Eve I did not have a phone block for my charger cord the woman at the front desk went out of her way to make sure I was able to charge my cell phone so I had it for today »

« Staff was friendly and room was mostly clean. I did find some crumbs under the couch when i was putting my shoes on but other than that nothing else was wrong. Nice large bed. My husband did mention during the dinner rush when we arrived showering was difficult due to inconsistent water temps. »
