« The gentleman on reception on the night of 5th July was very friendly and welcoming and was keen to engage in conversation which was nice. We were worried about checking in after the allotted time due to a concert which finished late but this was of no issue whatsoever. He advised us that unfortunately no food was served there but pointed us in the direction of a nearby takeaway.
