„A woundefull Resort area with perfekt beach and pool. Really nice for relax time. But the Restaurants not so good. High price food and drinks and not good Service. “

„Nice Hotel with a nice Swimmingpool and Garden area. Just the Bar at the Swimmingpool is close since years. “

„Positive: (1) staff smiles, (2) decent breakfast, (3) security, (4) parking, (5) working AC, (6) accommodated 1 more day stay due to flight delay Negative: (1) toilet: (a) replaced seat was too small - too small to crap and piss at the same time, (b) seat kept falling, (c) barely flushed (2) shower: (a) broken temperature knob, (b) on-demand water heater that scaled or froze you, (c) loose towel rack, (d) caulk patch work as "fix", (e) roaches (3) bed: (a) hard pillows, (b) bedding feels ...

„The overall experience is really good. Stayed 2 nights with my partner. Staff are very friendly. Walking to locations can take some time however the hotel has small transit units like golf buggies. Call reception and they come to collect and drop off. No telephone in the room and no room service was slightly disappointing. Swimming pools need to be cleaned more frequently. Staff are very friendly. Food was really nice. Very quiet location if you want to completely switch off from things. Lovely ...

„easy check in & out, very nice, clean & large rooms, near to many malls less than 5mins walking distance; the room was made up promptly every day, very good and friendly staff; TV was ok but just local channels; negative: 1. Internet was not working well, signal weak & many problems with connexion (disconnecting every 5-10 mins automatically; 2. construction works at lobby area (but no noise at my room in 5th floor), which should be finished until 2025.“

„I had an excellent stay at Villa Marii for 12 days. The property is small but has everything you need. Firm bed , firm pillows , nice AC, just how I like it. Shower with endless hot water, which is rare in philippines. Staff friendly and attentive always asking to freshen the room or provide towels and water. Breakfast is included and is great. Full restaurant onsite as well. You will not be disappointed.“

„My shower head was not working properly and it leaked water all day and all night. When you shower only squirts of water.“

„I come from the United States so my review may be different from others. But the property was clean, working hot water, free amenities and morning breakfast, cold ac, working elevator, and helpful friendly staff. Only dislike was only having one thin bed sheet for bedding and some internet connectivity issues. Other than that great price for the value for what you get compared to other hotels in the area.“

„Seit 6 Jahren besuche ich dieses Hotel, weil meine Frau und ich sich dort Willkommen fühlen “

„Location is good. Staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast is okay, it’s different daily. There are cockroaches however. Towels seem to have seen better days.“

„Fur Einheimische und Leute ohne hohe Ansprüche empfehlenswert, für mich nicht“

„ No shower. No toilet flush. No water on the sink. All I got was a pail with a tub for showering and flushing.“
