« The advertisement is deceiving. The outdoor pool looks nothing like the picture (it’s small and dark). The waterpark is actually at a next door hotel. The cabins DO NOT have a laundry service available. I was told to go to the Ramada Inn across the street to do our laundry. The staff was unfriendly. They acted like we were inconveniencing them when we arrived. The room smelled of mold, the bathroom floor was coming undone and the carpet was filthy. We travel a lot, abroad and in the United...

« Really nice little place. It's older, but very clean, comfy beds. It's being upgraded in a very cute, old roadside hotel way. Beautiful pool. Really big with doors to outside and a hot tub. Close to town. Staff were very nice. Everything for my reservation was ready when I arrived. There is a tiny old school elevator. Some people might be scared of it although it worked perfectly. « The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the room had a noticeable moldy smell, the TV remote batteries were dead so I couldn't turn on the TV, and the Wi-Fi signal inside the room was too weak to connect reliably. It was okay for a short stay, but these issues affected the overall experience, so it wasn't a great stay »

« Very dirty, we started 3 nights no cleaned the rooms when I called for room service they said it has to be requested 12 hours prior. They partially lost power so we had no AC or hot water for hours. And on our last night the AC room broke and we had to switch rooms. The doors and the hallway was full of mosquitoes and flies on the door, on the walls and dead on the floor just disgusting. »

« The hotel over all is nice. It does need some updates and more additional things in the rooms. Loved fact close to beach and the ferries for the island. Breakfast option isnt a full breakfast (muffins and coffee). Bed slept great ,rooms were spacious. Having a balcony view to the lake was nice. »

« Excellent accueil. La piscine est top. L’emplacement est parfait. La vue de la chambre est magnifique. L’un des meilleurs hôtels que nous ayons fait aux US. Le petit déjeuner pourrait être amélioré mais c’est toutefois correct. »
