Our upscale cottage is the perfect getaway (think surf shack meets spa). Sparkling clean, restful and a quick walk or roll down to the shoreline. There are beautiful water views from the upper level and a restful vibe throughout. You will love the cozy, calm spaces and comfortable interiors, as well as quality bedding, towels and body products. We are minutes to the shoreline, hiking, general store and village restaurant, and a short drive to lots of things to do. (We provide locally-sourced snacks upon arrival, too.)

Bedooms:
- Upstairs: 1 Queen bed and full bath
- Downstairs: 1 Full bed and full bath. (NOTE: This room is semi-private but feels like its own bedroom. It is on its own level and while it does not have a dedicated door, it has pull-down shades against the stairs to ensure a private feel. Please see photos and reach out if you have questions about the space.)
- Washer and dryer with detergent pods provided
- Cozy converted space downstairs (The Raccoon Hideout) with pillows and books for small children

Outdoors:
- Upstairs patio with seating for 2 and water views
- Downstairs deck with seating for 6, a fire pit and BBQ
- Boogie boards, surfboards, sand toys, beach chairs and beach towels for guest use
- Hot water showers on the back deck

Sea Esta is great for small groups, families, couples or solo travelers. Dillon Beach is surrounded by beautiful shoreline, hiking and biking trails and excursions in nearby towns, and there are many things to do along Tomales Bay. We have a binder in the home with lots of ideas for you. Bring your bikes and hiking boots to explore the rugged, tranquil landscape.

Other things to note:
This cottage is cozy, under 800s.f. on 2 levels. If you require a large gathering space this may not be the right fit, but if you want a restful, bright and upscale experience then this is the perfect place for you.

Dillon Beach's Coastal Kitchen and the other nearby restaurants are often not open early- or mid- week in the off seasons. Call in advance to confirm availability or reach out to your host for dining suggestions.

There is a built-in baby gate at the top of the stairs for ease of use. A pack-n-play is available, just ask upon booking and we will make sure it's out.
