« Chambre propre, télévision, climatisation présente chambre propre. Tout est robotisée, déverrouillage de la porte etc. Juste le parking qui n’est pas très instinctif selon moi mais sinon rien à redire »

« Annonce trompeuse lave vaisselle mais pour deux assiettes fournis inutiles lave linge payant aussi sèche linge payant pas de fer à repasser rien pour n minimum ménage et services proposés limite correct ascenseur en panne avec mes problèmes de santé beaucoup de difficultés. La location ne justifie pas la prix trop élevé les prestations ne sont pas à la hauteur. »

« The staff who assisted us were excellent; very helpful and personable. The location (we were in Blue) was great; near the bus stop and lifts. The photo's are accurate. the views from the patio are very good. The layout is just a little odd (no shower, but a tub in the downstairs master, bathroom lighting obstructs the mirror if you are relatively tall). figuring out the light switches took some work for us. The biggest drawback for us was that the seating in the main community area (couch)...

« The staff was extraordinarily helpful. We had friends that were coming for a late check-in. The staff said not to worry they would stay until they got there and they did. Loved the room and where the hotel was located. It was close to good shopping and better restaurants. Highly recommend »

« The room was clean, and the staff were very courteous and helpful. The room setup was strange with low ceilings in places due to the rafters, the narrowest staircase (with split steps) that I have ever used, and only one window in the door to the small balcony. Skylights were largely covered with snow, and noise from the next room continued until the late evening. Not exactly what I expected, so overall just okay. »

« Host did not send check in information on time. Property has been smoked in despite claiming Non-Smoking. The washroom stinks. The unit needs to be removed from listings for inaccurate description. Host was difficult to communicate with and refused to provide more than 2 toilet paper rolls for a 2 night stay. The bed was terrible and separated, creating a gap in between and a safety hazard. I will be reporting to safety authorities in Italy. Don’t book here. Overpriced and not friendly hosts....
