The photos on Expedia bore little resemblance to the actual property. The hotel was in a poor state, with rats, cockroaches and ants present, and the pillows and bed sheets were stained. On my first night, a hotel staff member claimed there was an issue with my booking and that Expedia had contacted them to collect additional money from me. I contacted Expedia immediately and was told that my booking was fine and that they had never contacted the hotel. When Expedia attempted to call the hotel to clarify the situation, they told me their calls were repeatedly being disconnected. I raised both the condition of the hotel and the attempted extra charge with Expedia that same night. Unfortunately, after spending nearly two hours on chat support, from midnight until 2am, and being passed between multiple agents, I was ultimately told that nothing could be done and the chat was abruptly ended. I checked out the following morning and requested a refund for at least five of the seven nights I was due to stay. Expedia refused and also declined to help me find alternative accommodation. The entire experience was extremely frustrating. I am deeply disappointed with Expedia's handling of the situation and will not be using the platform again. Shocking customer service and a complete lack of support when it was needed most. I won't be using Expedia ever again and will go back to using their competitors!!

Warmwasser war nicht wirklich heiß in der höchsten Stufe. Frühstücksbuffett war zwar großzügig, aber schmeckte nicht so sehr. Und leider stellt das Hotel keine Rechnung aus bei Buchung über Hotels.com. Nogo bei einer Businessreise.

Sehr gutes Hotel mitten in Paharganj. Es liegt versteckt in einer kleinen Gasse zwischen der Main Bazar Road und der Basant Road und ist bis auf die letzten 70m mit Tuktuk oder Uber zu erreichen. Auch abends kein Problem. Das Hotel ist sehr modern mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Die Rooftop-Bar ist traumhaft. Wir haben jeden Abend nach unseren Streifzügen durch das pulsierende Paharganj dort beendet. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

The hotel is located very close to New Delhi railway station. You need to exit towards the Paharganj side. The hotel provides good vibes with very good facilities. The reception and staff is very helpful and they try their best to cater to your requests. For instance, I didn’t take breakfast due to the lack of time, the Sardarji in the reception made sure that they pack something for me for the airport. These small gestures make a lot of difference :) The rooftop restaurant is open until 1-2 am and room service also open till then (with limited options). Overall, I definitely recommend them and I will definitely visit them during my next visit to Delhi.
