The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances, including an induction hob, oven, and dishwasher. The large dining table seats eight guests comfortably, while the living room features a leather sofa that can be converted into an extra bed for two people. A large 55-inch TV offers entertainment for relaxing evenings.
The living room opens onto the spacious terrace with a heated 26 m² pool. The terrace is fully fenced, ensuring complete privacy. Sun loungers by the pool invite guests to relax and soak up the sun, while the covered part of the terrace features a large dining table for eight. For barbecue lovers, a high-quality Weber grill is available, perfect for preparing delicious outdoor meals.

All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with high-quality Serta mattresses, while two of them also have their own 42-inch TV. The bathrooms are modern and equipped with showers, and all beds and towels are ready upon your arrival.

In the summer months, air conditioning in all rooms ensures a cool environment, while underfloor heating and a heated pool provide comfort during spring and autumn. The villa also offers ample parking space next to the house. Villa Terra is designed as a separate house, adjacent to the neighboring Villa Rossa, which is also designed for up to eight guests.
