« We wanted to have a great getaway weekend in the mountains where we played and worked growing up. We were able to four wheel and fish in our old stomping grounds. The cabin was wonderful and the onsite manager was more than helpful. We enjoyed good food, good company and fantastic surroundings. The fire pit was especially nice and the grill and kitchen were wonderfully stocked. We couldn't ask for better! »

« Probably the most peaceful place I've stayed. Great location for a visit to Mesa Verde. Off the main road enough to not get any traffic sounds. Tiny home has everything you need and hosts communication was great. »

« What a pleasant home on a beautiful property in a great location for hiking and exploring ancient ruins! Two ruins are on the property and reachable with a little determination. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch listening to and watching all kinds of birds, protected from the sun by its deep roof. Everything needed for daily life is provided in the house - just bring your groceries. Cell reception is spotty (if you consider that a problem instead of a benefit!), but the wifi works well enough...

« Having lived in Durango in the 90’s, I knew that I’d like to stay just north of town as we wanted to spend some time in Durango and also at Purgatory. This was the perfect location! House worked out great for the seven of us. Large family area, comfortable bedrooms, and cool patios all along the outside. Kyle made sure that we were enjoying ourselves. Highly recommend! »

« The moment we walked into the cabin, we felt we had gone back 150 years! This is a beautiful place to relax and enjoy nature. It is rustic with all the modern conveniences. The wildlife is amazing! Unfortunately, our dog was not as impressed as we were and she tended to scare off all the critters! Overall, a lovely experience! »

« Quiet, serene location with lots of beautiful trees and river frontage. The cabin was unique and perfectly maintained. We enjoyed watching little chipmunks and lots of birds from the spacious windows facing the river. We hope to return someday. »

« We came for a quick weekend to scope out the area as a guest for an upcoming wedding next summer. The house was perfect and could have slept several more people! The views are spectacular and the hot tub was fabulous! »
