« We were looking for a peaceful location for a much needed break, this property was unique, extremely comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful. The host was lovely and so friendly, made us feel very welcome and kindly asked us to help ourselves to some of the lovely apples from the orchard. The local pub, the Boat Inn was so good we ate there both nights we stayed, would highly recommend and would definitely return »

« A lovely little cabin by a lake at the back of the owner's house (great distance between. Felt secluded and peaceful. Was great waking up and feeding the chickens, guinea fowl, geese and ducks with a cup of tea looking at the lake. A great spot to unplug and relax. Fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, central heating, cooker, kettle etc. a few more utensils would be handy. Highly recommend a stay here and the owners, Amanda and Barry are friendly, helpful and good folk. »
