« La première impression est malheureusement négative. L'entrée sur la promenade et le lobby de l'hôtel n'ont plus été rénovés depuis des décennies: tapis usés jusqu'à la corde, peintures défraîchies, etc. Pour ce qui est de la chambre: mobilier, tapis et salle de bains vieillots style années 80. Propreté OK, mais sans plus. En revanche, splendide vue sur la mer. Une merveille. Eviter à tout prix les chambres donnant sur le parking et les installations! Bon buffet de petit-déjeuner, personnel...

« nous avons louez une chambre à l'hotel Arrandale house, à notre arrivée, surprise, rediriger 100 m au dessus au ashton N°28. surbooking oblige ? ATTENTION afficher 3 étoiles équivalent 1 étoile France. porte de la chambre de 9m2 avec un verrou cassé, moquette vétuste, lits jumeaux à ressort pourris, salle d'eau du moyen âge. il ne change même pas les serviettes pour un séjour de 4 nuits à 650 €, la honte... La direction me réponds vous êtes en période de TT Monsieur... Payer chère est une...

« I honestly cannot rate this hotel high enough, the rooms were absolutely spotless, the breakfasts were amazing and the staff. Well every single member of staff were pleasant, polite, courteous and helpful. The aircon was heaven sent in the heatwave, I had amazing sleep every night yet my brother in law in a budget hotel was tormented with heat. I will without a doubt stay there again and wont even contemplate looking at other hotels. »

« The opel express was very clean and the breakfast very good with plenty of choice the room had excellent amenities provided ,with a kettle in room and tea coffee and water topped up daily, only saw staff at breakfast and checkout, it was self check in with key to room left in a safe, the room did have a ceiling fan which was very noisy and could only use with the light on, I was there during a very hot period so not much comfort throughout the night, the view from the room was not good looking...

« We booked a superior room with a sea view. It was everything you could want. The view over the water was superb. The fit out was great. The convenience to the ferry terminal was great as was the access to the bus. The breakfast basket was as comprehensive as we have ever had and satisfied our requirements excellently. As for Isle of Man, we did not know what to expect but it far exceeded our expectations, The steam train, the vintage electric railway, the train up the mountain and horse drawn...
