« Après avoir quitté l’hôtel j’ai reçu une facture de 50$: “resort fee”, qui ne couvre rien du tout, pour 25$, parking: 20$, et j’ai demandé au front desk un cachet contre le mal de crâne cela m’a été facturé 5$.
En plus la table de nuit était envahie de petits insectes qui ressemblent à des puces de lit…
Je me suis plaint au front desk je n’ai pas eu gain de cause.
Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel. »

« My wife is confined to a wheelchair, I booked and got an accessible room. That said, when in the shower the bench was too far back to use the normal shower so she used the hand held one. The only problem then was that the water went under the shower curtain and wet the rest of the bathroom floor and the body wash and shampoo was the out of reach, so I had to put some in my hand and transferred over to her. Only little things, but to a disabled person it’s a lot. Please rectify urgently. »
