« This is a very spacious unit with a great balcony and comfortable furnishings (good mattresses, etc.). The building is older and showing some wear but inside the unit is quite nice. We found the view of the marina to be enjoyable as boats came and went. The parking was super convenient, a big deal in Key West. Very nice kitchen. « Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce condo fraichement rénové et très propre. Les lits étaient très confortables, les pièces spatieuses, avec une vue superbe sur la marina. L'accès à un grand balcon était aussi un plus. La localisation est idéale. Nous étions à 10 - 15 minutes de vélo de deux superbes plages et du centre-ville de Key West. Kim est une hôte hors pair. Nous avons toujours eu des retours très rapides à nos demandes d'informations. Je recommande cet hébergement ! »

« Biggest downfall was the elevators out of order and not fixed on the day they said would be fixed, my elderly friend didn't leave much because of that issue and they could only get another room for us from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor which required 4 flights of stairs; the balcony furniture was torn in many places; the pull-out couch was uncomfortable; neighbors beside us smoke marijuana a lot and it filled our room with the smell; suggest to have a written paper of what all is offered rather...
