One of the standout features of this establishment is its exceptionally courteous and helpful crew. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed and felt well taken care of throughout my stay. Their professionalism and dedication to ensuring a comfortable experience truly made a positive impression. Situated by the picturesque creek and in close proximity to a metro station, the location of this hotel couldn't be more ideal for those looking to explore the city. The scenic views and ease of transportation added a unique charm to my stay. The rooms at Suha Creek Apartment Hotel are of a high standard and come equipped with balconies, which provide a lovely space to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. The attention to detail in room amenities and cleanliness exceeded my expectations. In conclusion, I highly recommend Suha Creek Apartment Hotel as a fantastic alternative for both work and leisure travel. Friendly and dedicated service
I mainly had chosen the Suha Creek Hotel because of its location because it is located within easy walking distance to the metro (Al Jadaf station). Surprisingly the location to the other side is a very nice one, too: situated directly by the creek with nice options for walking. The staff always was remarkably helpful and polite, a late check-out was no problem and the assisted me in ordering some food in the evening. I certainly will come back to this place. For breakfast I can recommend the supermarket 5 (walking) minutes away from the hotel.

I quick visit.
We arived late in the night. Even though we were expected and the night staff was very competent and quick. The room, bed and bath was very clean and comfortable. We didn’t make too breakfast, but the staff had packed some food and had left it in front of the door. Very thoughtful. Don’t go there for the pool. It is small and without a view.

The room was very comfortable but they didn't provide enough towels until we requested at the first day. Second day, again they didn't provide enough towels (we were three and expected to have three sets) When we arrived the hotel, staff was not at the reception and we had to wait about 10 mins to check in.

Hotel is clean and tidy. But this is my 4th time staying at the hotel and no one comes out to help us with the luggage. I had to carry the luggage myself with my pregnant wife. We had to stay in another property for 3 nights and I requested for luggage storage and they could not help me with that at all. Also they held me up during check out saying that a glass was missing, when I had voluntarily declared that I had broken a pepper dispenser.

6-star staff( (Cris, Raman, Mohammed, Youcef, Sharif, Vishal). 5-Star Room. 2-star towels. Amenities. Etc. I had to walk 10 minutes to get salt. Despite having a full kitchen in my room the hotel had nothing to support it Two thin and small towels. Two minutes of hot water and then lukewarm It could be a great facility but it feels like management is totally cheating out on the small simple stuff I hope they get it right. The staff deserves it

Comfortable apartments for an affordable price.
I spent 28 days in a studio apartment at Suha Creek Hotel and had a great experience. The apartment had everything I needed to feel at home for an affordable price. The staff was very polite, helpful, and friendly. I would definitely stay here again.

Tranquil property on Al Jaddaf waterfront
Peaceful place especially for long stay guests. Front of the House staff Youcef, Kirstylee Sharif, Raman and Vishal, Housekeeping staff Prem & Babloo and the Lifeguard Bij were very kind and professional. They are an amazing asset to Suha Creek Apartments and I wish all of them well. Bathrooms are small in size and i wish there were options for a walk-in shower instead of a shower head on top of a smallish bathtub! I enjoyed my stay immensely..
