„Apartment was not clean on arrival (pubic hairs in both bathrooms) asked for it to be cleaned never was. Lots of beetles and cockroaches which we have never had in Dubai before. Reported a leaking toilet on arrival was never attended to all week despite several requests. “

„Das Apartment ist in einem schrecklich Zustand und sollte dringend renoviert werden, die Abflüsse in den Badezimmen stanken und es war leider auch sehr dreckig. An sich ist es aber eine super Lage, man kann alles schnell zu Fuß erreichen und der Balkon hat einen super Ausblick. Die Lobby wurde gerade renoviert und hoffentlich passiert dies auch mit dem Apartment, in dieses Zustand würden wir es auf keinen Fall weiterempfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit dem Check-In und Check-Out verlief problemlos. “

„Basic appartment Aircon was very smelly and led to sore throat and nose Noisey at night even on 15th floor Checkin process extremely laborious Need an app to open the room door everytime “

„We arrived at 3am and as we had reserved the appartment for the night before, we didn’t gain access until 4pm the following day. We had previously told the contact we would be there for 3am and they left us with nowhere to go in the middle of the night. Totally unacceptable and they ignored our calls and texts. They then made us wait till 3pm as they had things on. I really wouldn’t recommend this place again. They also took £500 as a cash deposit and as of yet still not returned the cash. I ...
