CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT INFORMATION

• Standard Check-In time is 3 PM (15:00 HRS) and Check-Out time is 11 AM (11:00 HRS)

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are subject to availability and may require additional payment

• Unauthorized late check-out after 11 AM (11:00 HRS) is subject to a penalty equal to a full day rate

• Early Check-in from 8 AM (8:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate

• Late Check-out by 3 PM (15:00 HRS) is subject to availability and requires a payment of 50% of the nightly rate



CLEANING

• Cleaning Fee applies to the post Check-Out cleaning only

• We offer complimentary cleaning twice a week with linens and towels change if you stay 7 nights and longer. Please send 24hrs advanced request to our WhatsApp number. Any additional cleaning will cost $95.
