The room felt neglected. There were crumbs all over the nightstand, dog food bits on the floor and stains on the desk. The microwave was also dirty of food and crumbs. To top it off, breakfast was not up to par either. Ordered two coffees, one was hot and the other cold. The steak and eggs were unedible. Steak was too tough to even chew through, eggs ordered basted were overcooked and the toast was dry with no butter. When telling server we were dissatisfied she replied with confirming the cook wasn't good at basting eggs and the coffee gets cold in the holding pot if it isn't used in awhile.
There was no management on duty in the entire 24 hours we were there to discuss any of above complaints or concerns. All the staff could do was say "I'm sorry". We were told the manager would be in the following day at 3:00 and would give us a call. We also left two voicemails for one manager and the president of the management company. It is now 7pm and we still haven't received a call. First time experience doesn't live up to the hype of the reviews.
