This was by far the worst Vrbo experience I’ve ever had. The property was in unacceptable condition and nothing matched the listing.The hot tub — a major advertised amenity — was completely frozen and unusable. The basement, which was advertised as a hangout space with a pool table and dart board, was flooded and appeared to be under active construction, making it entirely unusable.When we arrived, the house was 45 degrees. It was freezing and took hours to become even remotely comfortable. The entire house showed significant neglect: broken couches, dented and damaged walls, and overall wear that goes far beyond normal use. On top of that, there was a strong musty, damp smell throughout the house, making the environment uncomfortable and unpleasant.This property should not be listed in its current state, especially at any price point. Advertising amenities that are unusable and providing a house in this condition is misleading and unacceptable. I would strongly advise future guests to look elsewhere.
