« This cabin was perfect for a great rustic and cozy vacation. The hosts were very nice. If you book in the winter, be aware that it is winter-proofed in a way that we were unable to see outside. Not a big deal since it still let light in, but a little odd. We loved our stay! Would for sure recommend. »

« The Sanctuary is a magical place carved into nature where for a short time the weary traveler can rest their body and their soul. The deer, beavers, swans and cranes were excellent hosts. The cabin is spacious, comfortable and well furnished. The human hosts are also gracious and welcoming. I've stayed there twice and hope to return again. »

« My husband and I spent the weekend here, and it was absolutely wonderful. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and such a refreshing escape from the city. We enjoyed watching the birds, but the highlight for me was seeing the baby deer roaming around. It was magical. At night, the stars were breathtaking, and the quiet made it even more special. Our room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Sam, the owner, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Truly a perfect stay. We can’t wait to...

The area is so beautiful, how the hotel over looks the water with a little pier, beach and park. « The hosts were absolutely fantastic. I’m in the music industry an travel a LOT. I can honestly say I have never had a host as attentive, easy to work with, and so good at communication as they were here. The cottage itself is modern, comfortable, and had many items that we typically have to purchase on the road. It’s 5 minutes from the incredible downtown area (hallmark movie material), and we were never in the vehicle more than 6 minutes no matter where we needed to go. I rate our stay 15 out...
