« This was a great home-base as we trekked around Assateague and Chincoteague on our honeymoon. Very convenient to the Virginia side entrance to Assateague and the kitchen is perfect for breakfast and simple dinners. I was pleased to see the kitchen had everything you could need for basic cooking & there were a variety of drink glasses for both beer & wine! »

« We had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was spotless, clean, and very well organized. The heated bathroom floor tiles were such a great touch and made our mornings extra comfortable. The location couldn’t be better—an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and nearby stores. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be renting here again! »

« This uniquely decorated property was exactly what was needed for our quiet getaway. Don’t get me wrong, there’s plenty to do very close by! Many delicious restaurants, mini golf, gift shops, boat tours, and much more! But when you come back to this property, it’s quiet and calming. Enjoy! »

« Very pleased with the location and unit itself. Right next to the steps but luckily my son wasn’t bothered. I was pleasantly surprised and will definitely choose to stay again. My only complaint is with chincoteague as a whole - way too many flies and mosquitoes. »

« Check in and parking was easy and straight forward, The room was clean and cool. Everything was comfy, quiet, private and worked as expected. It is centered on the island and an easy walk to most of the attractions. A nice private retreat in the middle of a classic Virginia ocean side community. Bring your bikes an you won't need a car while your there. »

« The entire parking lot was completely flooded. There was no cover on the stairs leading to the second floor so the wood was extremely slick. We never checked into this property because we could not unload at this property. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. In contacting the property manager we were told there was absolutely nothing that could be done. And we were just out the money. »

« We had a very nice stay and it was amazing to be right in the beach. The managers were very responsive and attended to any issue we may have brought up right away. You can feel sure that if you stay at one of their properties and any thing is amiss it will be fixed promptly! The unit was in great shape and very nicely laid out for our group. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook but lacked in storage for any food we bought or brought. Fridge was empty and clean and had ice trays. Nice touch...

« I took my parents and 2 teens for a quick getaway over Labor Day weekend. Very easy to check in. Host was super nice and communicated with us about the whole process. Place is clean and has everything you need to have a fantastic vacation and the views from balcony was breathtaking. Thank you Maria. »
