The hotel was beautifully decorated from the outside. The reception staff were also very friendly. However, the room, at €250 per night, did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, we couldn't connect the TV to our mobile phone or our Netflix account. This wouldn't have been so bad if it hadn't worked, but a member of staff told us we needed to buy a cable for it to work. The next day, we bought a cable for £20. Unfortunately, it still didn't work. After we inquired again, a member of staff came to the room and tried to fix it, but he couldn't either. He assured us it would be fixed the next day. Unfortunately, it wasn't. We were assured the manager would come to repair it, but he never came, never apologized, and nothing of the sort happened. Ultimately, nothing was fixed, even though we were told every day that it was being taken care of, and even though we spent £20 on something a staff member said would fix it.
Unfortunately, no one contacted us to offer any form of compensation. Furthermore, we had bought cheese, and since we didn't have a fridge in our room, we left it at reception to be chilled. Shortly before our departure, I went to collect it from reception, but unfortunately, no one could find it. We had to wait 40 minutes until it was located. I also requested an invoice for the drinks we purchased at the bar. Unfortunately, I never received it, even though I was assured I would receive it by email. The only thing I received was my credit card statement.
