You'll have full and private access to the main and second floors, plus exclusive use of the backyard, garage, deck and hot tub. The basement is a separate, self-contained suite with its own entrance and rarely impacts guest experience. The two units are professionally separated with sound resistant materials for your privacy and comfort. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.
