What some of our guests do not love as much about our listing:
-Our home does not have A/C, however, we do offer tall tower fans to help cool down the space in those warm summer months and opening the windows as well will create a great cross breeze!
This home comfortably sleeps 10 with two king size beds, one queen size bed, a comfortable queen pull out/fold down couch in the living room upstairs and a second pullout sofa downstairs! All beds complete with fresh sheets changed after every single guest. Our home also has 2 full sized washrooms that are sparkling clean with shower/ tub combination, sink and toilet so everyone can get ready for their day quickly!
Complimentary Wi-Fi, Netflix, tea and coffee. Your kitchen comes fully loaded with brand new appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove and dishwasher, washer and dryer, other small appliances and wine glasses, mugs, dishes and cutlery. A second fully stocked kitchen is also available downstairs!

IMPORTANT NOTES & POLICIES — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING
Our homes are fully stocked with the essentials you’ll need for a comfortable stay. Supplies are set up to last approximately 7 days. For extended stays beyond this, guests will need to purchase and maintain any additional items they require.
‣ Damage Protection
Every stay is protected through our partnership with Truví, which includes automated screening and damage coverage — no action needed on your part. We ask all guests to treat the space with care; any damage beyond normal wear and tear may be charged back through this program.
‣ Rental agreement
A brief rental agreement confirms you've reviewed our house rules and terms, helping ensure all stays are safe, respectful, and covered. This must be completed before your check-in instructions and door code are released.
RATES FOR PET FEES PER PET:
Nightly Rate: $30/night per pet
Weekly Rate: $150/week per pet
Monthly Rate: $300/month per pet
-The pet fee charges are not included in our advertised pricing and are charged separately after the booking is confirmed.
EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECK-OUT
· We are strict on check-in and check-out times due to our cleaning schedule, but may allow up to 2 hours of flexibility with at least 24 hours' notice. A small fee may apply and is subject to approval, as early arrivals or late departures aren't always possible. If the suite is ready sooner, we'll let you know!
LOST ITEMS
· We are not responsible for items left behind. If you think you've forgotten something, contact us right away and we'll do our best to help. A retrieval or shipping fee may apply.
MAIL & PACKAGES
· Please do not use the property address for mail or package deliveries. We are not responsible for any items received at the property during or after your stay.
MAINTENANCE & REPAIRS
· We do our best to ensure everything is in working order before your arrival. If something comes up during your stay, please let us know right away so we can address it promptly.
ADDITIONAL GUEST FEE
· There is a small nightly fee for each guest beyond 4. This helps cover extra supplies, cleaning, and general wear. If you're booking for more than 4 guests, this fee is already reflected in your nightly rate — no extra charges will be added after booking.
· All additional fees are subject to GST (5%) and Alberta Tourism Levy (6%) for a total of 11%.
CANCELLATIONS
‣ We follow our posted cancellation policy, please ensure that you read and understand this policy at the time of booking. We strongly recommend obtaining travel insurance to protect against unexpected cancellations or travel disruptions.
GUEST SCREENING
· Profiles under 4 stars cannot use instant booking and may be cancelled if auto-approved. New profiles without reviews are manually reviewed and may require additional screening before confirmation.
EXTERIOR CAMERAS
· Please note there are exterior security cameras on both the front and back of the suite that record to the cloud 24/7 for the safety of our property and neighbourhood.
LIABILITY, VIOLATIONS & LEGAL NOTES
‣ Guests are responsible for their group. The property owner and/or management company is not liable for personal injury, loss, or damage. Please report any damage promptly and return all provided items to avoid additional charges. Legal action may be taken for chargebacks or unpaid damages, including recovery of legal fees. Violations of house rules may result in immediate termination and removal without refund. Please remember you're staying in our home, not a hotel, treat it with care and respect.
