„Staff on various levels seemed completely helpless in providing basic services resulting in 2.5 hrs waiting time until the issue was solved at 1pm.
Pool was visibly filthy on the surface. Probably resulting from people entering the pool with streetwear abd w/o taking a shower first (as witnessed).“

„This was a great location across the road from the West Edmonton Mall. I was there with my two grandsons, and we each had our own bedroom and bathrooms, which was quite a luxury. We found the beds a little bit hard for our liking and the pillows a bit too thick. It was also a little bit, disappointing that there was no supply of dishes and cutlery in the unit and it was necessary to ask for them at the front desk. other than that, it was a very pleasant place to stay while visiting the mall.

„Ein Businesshotel am Stadtrand, aber fussläufig (20 Min.)zur West Edmonton Mall. Von dort mit Bus 900X direkt ins Zentrum zu zwei schönen Museen. Es war sehr ruhig im Haus und die Kaffeemaschine erfreute uns am Morgen. Das Frühstück bietet für Vegetarier wenig. Es gab aber immer frischen Obstsalat und gute Waffeln! Alle Bediensteten waren sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich..Gegenüber des Hotels gibt es ein Marks-Store mit Schneestiefeln und warmer Kleidung...welche wir gut brauchen konnten. Wir ...
