âWe enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment. Ideally located for our Alton Towers trip. Lots of nice restaurants in Leek too.
Apartment was very comfortable, beds comfy too with crisp white linen and towels.
Good instructions for entry. Some more information about bins etc would have been good. WiFi was a bit iffy at times but didnât hugely impact on us. Connection instructions werenât correct but we worked it out eventually.
Would consider staying again when next visiting Alton Towers. â
âThe staff and the breakfast were amazing however the rooms have no shampoo (body wash is not going to do it for me), no lotion, no tissues and no phone. No phone makes it extremely difficult for overseas visitors to contact reception. Even the charming lady on reception who confirmed that these amenities were not offered in the hotel states that they were a budget hotel âbut maybe not - we are quite expensiveâ. â
âWe were staying for a wedding - the whole experience was amazing!! The spa was unreal, the prep room in the morning and the level of service was incredible. Massive thank you to Lisa who looked after everyone the day of the wedding! Fantastic - 5 star!! â
âI made a late booking, the hosts were very accommodating throughout the duration of my stay yet. The room gave nice independence. Good WiFi and had everything that I needed.

âSo i suppose the price for a night isnt bad, but when youre expecting a whole apartment aslisted and there are others there, its not so great. Stood outside door for 20mins. Not easy to get key via access code( no email before) 2 towels for 3 people, 1 was damp, 1 had a brown 'stain' on it. Bedding old and worn. Headboards dubiously stained!!!!â
âWe were double booked into the house we had paid for but we were taken to a different one around the corner. For the price we paid it was adequate and clean. Sharing a bathroom with 3 lads who had also been double booked into the same house was not too much of a problem and having a fully functioning clean kitchen helped to catering costs reasonable. â
âItâs a deserted, a haunted place where only drug addicts may feel happy. Rooms are having bad smells, poor quality of furniture. It is not worth to stay. Donât try it, you will repent. We cancelled our booking upon seeing all these conditions. Go better to the nearby travelogue. â
